Please be patient with the pharmacy. These folks are filling 4-500 scripts a day. I cannot imagine the stress they're going through. Be happy that they're still working. Be kind.

I feel so extremely sorry for the people that work at the Smith's pharmacy. they are doing the best they can with very little employees working there. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the current pharmacy team at Smith’s in Carson City, NV. Kim, Lisa, Tom & the others, have done a stellar job at always making me feel like they care about my family and I. They are not only competent & knowledgeable but they get their jobs done quickly which is such a rare quality nowadays. I’ve seen the daily pressure this team is under and they still manage to stay positive and patient with even the grumpiest of customers. These pharmacists & pharmacy technicians truly are the unsung heroes of the medical field and I can’t thank them enough for always doing their job well. To do a job correctly while maintaining quality customer service is a hard trait to come by today, so it is always a breath of fresh air to do business with these amazing humans!!!
